Is There a Dentist Near Norwest?
Kings Langleys Dental Surgery is at 7 Solander Rd, Kings Langley, about 10 minutes from Norwest Business Park via Sunnyholt Road and Old Windsor Road. Parking is free, off-street and at the door, with no ticket, no time limit and no tower lift to find.
Norwest is offices. Most of the dental practices serving it sit inside those offices, on Level 1 or Level 3 of Building B or Tower A, reached through a visitor car park and a lift lobby. That works fine when you are already at work. It works less well at 8am with a child, or after an extraction, or with a walking frame.

Is Norwest the Same as Bella Vista?
No, but the confusion is real and it is worth two minutes of your time.
Norwest only became a suburb on 29 June 2018. Before that, the whole business park was addressed as Bella Vista or Baulkham Hills, and the old labels never fully cleared. One suite at 12-14 Solent Circuit is listed as Bella Vista on one dental website, Baulkham Hills on another and Norwest on a directory, and two of those sites share the same principal dentist under two different phone numbers.
Check the postcode, not the suburb name. Norwest, Bella Vista, Baulkham Hills and Winston Hills all sit in 2153. If the postcode reads 2153, you are in the right part of Sydney. If it reads 2154, that is Castle Hill, and at least one practice ranking on Norwest searches is based there.
We serve all of 2153 and we are in 2147, one suburb west.
How Do I Get There From Norwest?
Head west out of the business park onto Old Windsor Road, then across on Sunnyholt Road and into Kings Langley via Vardys Road. About 10 minutes off-peak, longer if you leave at 5pm with everyone else.
Coming from Norwest metro station on Brookhollow Avenue, the drive runs about the same. Most people drive, because there is nowhere to park a car for free once you arrive anywhere in the business park and the surgery is the exception.
Parking, Said Properly
Every dental practice in Norwest describes its parking as "ample", "plenty" or "convenient". Not one of them says whether it is free, whether there is a time limit, or how far the walk is from the bay to the chair.
For an appointment that runs long, and crowns and root canals do run long, that difference stops being a convenience and starts being the reason you are not watching the clock.

What Does a Dentist Cost Near Norwest?
Ten of eleven dental practices serving Norwest publish no price at all. The gap is being filled by comparison directories rather than by dentists, which tells you the question is being asked and nobody is answering it.
We quote before we start. You get the treatment, the cost and the ADA item numbers in writing first. Item numbers matter because your health fund quotes against them, so you can ring your fund and get your exact rebate rather than a guess. Not one Norwest competitor publishes an item number.
We claim on the spot through HICAPS where your policy allows, so you pay the gap on the day. Two of eleven Norwest pages mention HICAPS.
Health fund limits reset each calendar year. Preventive and major dental usually sit in separate categories with separate limits, so splitting a bigger plan across December and January often cuts your out-of-pocket. We will say so when it applies to you.
Children may pay nothing. The Child Dental Benefits Schedule covers a capped amount of basic dental work for eligible children aged 0 to 17, across two calendar years. The cap is indexed each year, so ring us with your Medicare details and we will confirm the current amount and eligibility before you come in.

Teeth Whitening Norwest
Philips Zoom in-chair whitening takes one 45-minute session, and you go home with custom trays to hold the result. No competitor page serving Norwest names the Philips Zoom brand at all.
Worth knowing before you book a shopping centre kiosk. The Dental Board of Australia restricts gels above 6% hydrogen peroxide to registered dental practitioners, so a kiosk legally cannot use the strength that produces a real change. Whitening also does nothing to crowns, veneers or fillings, so we check what is already in your mouth first.
Veneers are the next step up where shape or alignment is the issue rather than colour.
Dental Implants Norwest
An implant replaces a missing tooth root with a titanium post, then a crown on top. Nothing gets ground down either side, which is the main advantage over a bridge.
The timeline is what to plan for. Placement, then three to six months while the bone integrates, then the crown. We assess bone with an X-ray first and say so if a bridge or a partial denture suits you better. See implants.
Root Canal Treatment Norwest
Root canal treatment saves a tooth whose nerve has died from decay, a crack or a knock. It has a worse reputation than it deserves. The pain people remember is the abscess that sent them in, not the treatment that cleared it.

Ring (02) 9674 1964 first thing and we hold time each morning we are open for urgent cases. Pain, a broken tooth, a lost filling or a crown that came off usually gets sorted the same day.
We open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 9am to 5.30pm. Outside those hours: Blacktown Hospital emergency for facial swelling, breathing or swallowing trouble, uncontrolled bleeding or a jaw injury. For a knocked-out adult tooth, put it back in the socket or keep it in milk and see a dentist within the hour. For ordinary toothache, healthdirect advises a dentist rather than a hospital, because a hospital manages pain and infection but does not repair teeth.

Children's Dentistry Norwest
First visits are short and deliberately dull. We count teeth, take a look, and let your child sit in the chair without anything happening to them. Fillings and fissure sealants come later, once they trust the room.
